When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM (Pacific Time) will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will process for shipment on the following business day.

I forgot to apply my store credit at checkout, can it be applied after placing my order?
Once your order is processed, we cannot apply your store credit or offer you a refund of the partial amount. You are welcome to use it on a future order. Please be sure your code has been successfully applied at the checkout before to placing your order.
Can I change my order details after it has been placed?
Our team works hard to process and ship orders as soon as possible. Due to this, we cannot always honor changes or cancelations to your confirmed orders.
Requests for address changes or order cancelations should be submitted as soon as possible and before your order has shipped.
Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the keywords “URGENT: ORDER CHANGE” in the subject line within 1 hr of placing your order.
For address changes please include the “URGENT: ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line of the email.

Can I use multiple promotion codes for one order?
Promotions are only valid until the specified date and may be limited to specified products (specified on promotion).
You may use one promotion/coupon code per transaction/order.
